Let's get into the cottage core aesthetic weight The Crest tiered hem petticoat. This skirt features a single layer of tulle at the hem and has an inner liner to protect you skin from the scratchiness of the tulle, and an outer liner. The skirt is high waisted and has a nylon style netting mesh and elastic round the waistband for a snug fit. Has a zipper and hook eye closure.
