This skirt features 3 layers of tulle at the hem and has an inner liner to protect you skin from the scratchiness of the tulle, and an outer liner. The skirt is high waisted and has a nylon style netting mesh and elastic round the waistband for a snug fit. Has a zipper and hook eye closure.
